Onion besan curry / Gram flour besan

Green chilli : 2 or optional
Onion : 2 cups
Gram flour : 1/2 cup
Turmeric : A pinch
Salt to taste
Ginger garlic :crushed paste 1 tsp
Water : 4 cups
Popu :
Vegetable oil ; 2 tablespoons
Red chillis : 2
Cumin, mustard seeds ; each pinch
Curry leaves; 6
Coriander leaves : few

Preparation:

1. Cut onion in to small pieces.

2. Mix the gram flour in two cups of water.

3. Heat oil in a wide bowl, once the oil is hot add popu ingredients, toast the popu. Add ginger garlic paste and fry for a minute, add green chilli, onion, cook until it is soft. Then add 2 cups of water and salt. Cover the bowl and cook in medium heat. When the water is in boiling stage, add gram flour liquid. Stir constantly until it is cooked.
