Capsicum curry

Ingredients: 

Capsicum : 3 medium size
Onion  : 1 medium size
Gram flour(Besan): 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder:  1 tea spoon
Salt to taste
Coriander powder: 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander leaves: for garnishing
Turmeric : 1 pinch

For popu:
Vegetable oil.: 2 Tablespoons
cumin seeds, mustard seeds, curry leaves – Pinch each 

Preparation:

(1) Heat oil over medium heat . Once the oil is hot,  add cumin and mustard seeds . Once they pop add ginger garlic paste .When ginger garlic paste turns brown, add onion, stir it constantly, after one minute add capsicum and turmeric powder. Mix well.

(2)  After one minute, add 1/2 cup of water, cover the pot, cook in simmer for about 10 minutes until the capsicum is tender. Add gram flour(Besan), red chilli powder, salt, coriander powder. Stir it  constantly and cook in simmer for about 5 minutes. Turn off heat.

(3)  Take into serving bowl . Garnish with coriander leaves .

Serve with hot chapathi, puri, Rice and jawar roti.
